I'm looking for recommendations on a portable 2-channel audio interface
that I can use for recording live shows. I'll be heading off to Bonnaroo
next month and am planning to take my laptop with me to record some shows.

I need:
2 simultaneous XLR inputs, both phantom power capable
small size/light weight since I'll be packing everything in to the show
low power consumption
firewire interface is preferred
24-bit / 48 KHz or better
something that plays nicely with Ardour under Linux :)
an integrated high-pass filter would be nice, but I can just use an HPF
   plug-in in Ardour...

The MOTU Ultralite looks very good, but I know MOTU hasn't been especially
friendly to Linux audio development efforts, and it's also a little on the
expensive side.

Any recommendations or experiences are definitely appreciated.

I plan on using a pair of AT3031s to get the sound into the box - they're
small and have a great frequency response for the price. AT4041s are a
possibility too, but they're too sensitive for outdoor applications -
wind noise becomes a problem.
