Yes.

But it could also be noise from the laptop power supply - they often
put a lot of gunk on the ground which leaks into your audio signals.
Does anything improve if you try with the laptop running on battery?

If so, you might try something like the Ebtech Hum X.  (But I don't
know if they make a version for European plugs and voltage.)
