I don't have any personal experience with that card, but here is what I do
Go here http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-doc/index.php?vendor=All and find
your card (I saw Gina20 and Gina24, not sure which is which) then to the
right in the same row click the name in parentheses under "Details".  That
should give you a walkthrough on how to get drivers installed and working.

Subject: [ardour-users] Gina 2.0 Card
I am picking up an Event Gina 2.0 card,  not the new one (G3).   I looked it
up as compatible with ALSA,  but haven't the foggiest where to start with
If you could throw some pointers my way that would be great.   You will all
recieve a copy of my first recording,   a very William Shatner like 'Lucy in
the Sky with Diamonds',   or not.
Seriously any help would be appreciated.
