[ardour-users] help with HPET and rtirq

Hi All 

I'm still in the old days and am using the realtime-lsm security
model... 

When i try to use rtirq and related systems I get some funny messages
and can't run all my apps as I want .. 

In ardour I get the following when trying to use the HPET module from
the kernel 

This system has no accessible HPET device (Permission denied)

This happens even when firing up in root mode.... 

I am using Gentoo with rt-sources kernel... 

Any tips?
