[ardour-users] Problem with TAP plugins and Ardour, also what stereo EQ plugin?

Hi,

As I was telling Paul on IRC, this problem is quite easy to reproduce for me:

- Time Master set to Internal.
- Insert the Tap Equializer/BW plugin in a stereo track that has two
audio regions separated by a gap of silence, then enable it and move
any ot the band gain sliders.
- Start playback with the playback cursor located on the first region.
After passing the silent gap, the second region will not play. If you
start playback with the cursor located on the silent gap also the next
region will be silent.

What is odd is that the problem is different if I set the Time Master
to Jack instead of Internal. In this case the track would go silent
as soon as I move any of the Band Gain sliders in the plugin and it
will stay like that always regardless of where you start playback. It
seems to be a problem with Tap since using it in Audacity also gives
silent results.
