these do not contradict each other. the DSP load measures the percentage
of the time available for JACK (and all its clients) to process data
that is actually used. the CPU load measures the percentage of the
available CPU cycles that are being used. since there are many things
other than JACK data processing going on, its quite normal for CPU load
to be significantly above the JACK DSP load.
