[ardour-users] Problem with playback

sometimes when I run Ardour , I get the error message


'The disk system on your computer 
was not able to keep up with Ardour.
Specially, it failed to read data from disk
quickly enough to keep up with playback.'


Can I solve the problem with muting some tracks
or do I have to limit my number of tracks?

I run Ardour and Hydrogen parallel.
