[ardour-users] Import Audio as New Track imports prior imports again

Ardour 0.99.3

I was importing a few audio files and after the first file was showing
in a track on the editor screen noticed that a second import was
running. The second import loaded the previously imported file again.
Each import session imports all the previously imported files. Of course
I cancel them as soon as they start. Only one file is selected for each
import session.

I closed and reopened the Ardour session and tried an import and all the
files imported to that point tried to import again. It may be the case
that because the import procedure provides an ability to import more
than one file at the same time that the prior imports are being saved
from prior import sessions as if they had been selected during the
current session. I do not remember this behaviour on recent, earlier
versions.

I am very impressed with Ardour and expect to be mastering songs by
local groups. The musicians who have seen Ardour and its many
capabilties here are also impressed. Thank you for such a comprehensive
and useful tool.
