[ardour-users] Adding more SRs to qjackctl

Don't know if this has been an issue for anyone else, but since I really like the convenience of qjackctl,
I was disappointed to discover that it didn't enable one to choose the higher sample rates our audio interface supports (i.e. those >96khz).

FWIW, I discovered a quick fix:
Just go into the qjackctlSetupForm.ui, add the missing frequencies (128, 176.4 and 192khz), recompile, and voila - it works great!
