Yes. Most controls can be controlled by MIDI CC messages. See
<http://ardour.org/manual/intro:midi> and
<http://ardour.org/manual/using_a_bcf2000>. The latter is about a very
specific device, but near the end it talks about how to connect it to
ardour and establish the mappings, which will apply to any MIDI device.
