my 2 cents:
i'm using agnula/demudi on my Dell laptop with RME multiface (cardbus). 
All is working fine, strongly recommended! Something i don't like: the 
choice of Gnome as default wm... i prefer fluxbox or xfce (lighter and 
faster!).
