[ardour-users] disk throughput problems with beta

So what sort of system is this? What distro? What kernel? What VGA card? 

BTW - I'm curious. When would you ever record 18 tracks and care about
latency? I find that matters most to me when I'm recording a single
track. when I'm doing 18 tracks it's just a loud cacophony and I jsut
want to get it on disk and move on to the fun stuff. ;-)
