[ardour-users] pan automation

I have a stereo track I am trying to create pan automation for, but 
whenever I try to creaet the automation, a window pops up saying "You 
can't graphically edit panning for more than one output stream".  What 
does this mean?

This is a fairly recent build of Ardour from CVS (within the past couple 
of weeks).  Gain automation works fine.
