[ardour-users] JACK+Ardour Probs

Hi, I just compiled JACK 0.99.0 from a TarBall, and now when I try to run Ardour, it responds as if I wasn't running JACK at all(they both run as root). Ididn't have problems with the earlier version of JACK, however. I use Ardour 0.9beta19. On the command line I use Jack as:  jackd -R -d alsa -p 512 -d sblive -r 44100.

I compiled jack as:  ./configure --prefix=/usr, make, make install.
