In the mixer window, be sure that you select an output
channel.

 am trying to just get the basics going.  When I
record a track I can see the level indicator working
and when I play it back I see the wave form but I do
not get any sound out.  I know its got to be simple
but I can't find the problem.  Thanks. HHB
