I answer myself:
I have  found  the SoundTouch library with a soundstretch program for 
high-quality time-stretching and pitch-schifting, which works very nice.
It didn't want to compile on mdk 9.2 with gcc 3.3.1 so I installed it on 
mdk 9.1 with gcc 3.2.2 and I use it on a second linux file system.
Maybe this will be helpfull for anybody.
