Hey Paul, More trouble compiling, sorry about all this! anyway, my problem is
that when i type Make after ./autogen and ./configure at the end it says:
main.cc:144: error: no matching function for call to `ARDOUR::AudioEngine::
AudioEngine(jack_client_t*&)'
/root/ardour/libs/ardour/ardour/audioengine.h:42: error: candidates are:
ARDOUR::AudioEngine::AudioEngine(const ARDOUR::AudioEngine&)
/root/ardour/libs/ardour/ardour/audioengine.h:44: error:
ARDOUR::AudioEngine::AudioEngine(std::basic_string<char,
std::char_traits<char>, std::allocator<char> >)
make[3]: *** [main.o] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/root/ardour/ksi_ardour'
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/root/ardour/ksi_ardour'
make[1]: *** [all] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/root/ardour/ksi_ardour'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
I have no idea what this means, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ohh yeah, btw i was wondering if you got my email with the error in it? it had
an attachment with my make install results. I'm compiling on a different
computer this time, both have audioslack on slackware 10.
Cheers,
Llewellyn
