[Ardour-Dev] Dynamically changing window sizes for loaded AUs..

There have been other reports about this. I believed that we had added
support window resizing, but it appears that the work is either wrong or
incomplete. It isn't common for plugins to do window resizing, but the AU
spec does support it.
