You are going to have a tough time at that :)

The downside of SVN is that while commit logs mention actual
submitters of patches, there will be just a handful of people who
committed the patch. So you can't extract all the meaningful data from
SVN logs automatically, and there will be over 10K of commits to go
through, if you go for manual extraction of data.

In fact, even now with Git not everyone commits patches with 'git am'
thus losing actual contribution data.
