Unless you consider 56k dialup(Or rather 53k) high bandwidth, you
might want to rethink that slightly;)  Along with the bandwidth caps
mentioned elsewhere which are only becoming more common in the US
especially sadly.

Who is on dialup at his house.  It is really the only option besides
satellite, and such a download would kill a satellite connection
anyways, not to mention take many hours to complete.
