[Ardour-Dev] [PATCH] ardour spash screen fix

This patch tells the window manager to not manage the splash window.
It also removes setting of window decorations (I think the call is
useless because window manager is not managing and thus not adding any
decoration).
Without this patch the ion3 window manager tries to manage the splash
window and result is very ugly.
