[Ardour-Dev] Implemented resizing for MIDI notes (Ardour 3.0)

Resizing single/multiple notes seems to work now.
for resize_rect in NoteResizeData in MidiRegionView I did not
use shared_ptr s. I hope that this is ok, since IMHO they are not
shared with other competing objects.
Since this is my first code contribution  to ardour and I did not do C++
programming for a long time now I think
a little review and comments would be very appreciated.
