[ardour-dev] SVN Commit 2110 and 2111

r2110 is the new theme manager stuff backported to 2.0-ongoing.  All 
canvas color changes are now saved.  There is no option to restore 
defaults yet.  For now, if you make changes and want to restore the 
default colors, delete the file ~/.ardour2/ardour2_ui_default.conf

r2111 is the delta cursor option also backported from trunk.  When 
selecting the Primary or Secondary delta clock option under Options, the 
corresponding clock will display the difference (delta) between playhead 
and edit cursor.
