[ardour-dev] Small Bug Report

Ok small report just because I haven't had time to thoroughly test out 
the new beta yet, but when auditioning files in the sound file browser, 
if the file sample rate does not match the project, there is no attempt 
to resample to match the project sample rate, making it hard to audition 
some files correctly if we would be importing and resampling it.
