Me too I'm wondering about this, since I have the impression that many
changes has been comitted to cvs (svn?) since 0.99.3.

So a further question is: What shape is the current CVS in? Is it worth
a go over 0.99.3? I'm doing lots of work on 0.99.3 for the time being,
so I could also do some testing on the CVS if required.
