[ardour-dev] Port Registration Bug

Hmm I just noticed in my Jack ports conneciton dialog, even after 
failing to load the ports are still registered in Jack as I can 
recognize the track names from the session I cant get at....  Even 
though the session wont load.  Another bug there;)
