[ardour-dev] new ardour_ui.rc file

A few weeks ago I did a quick search and replace of the #cccc99 (tanish) 
and amber text/fg colors with the blue and green colors currently in 
ardour2, along with the light ardour2 bg.  It was just a quick mass 
replace, since i didnt want to put any more time into legacy software :) 
I was really sick of that amber/tanish color.
