[ardour-dev] Two crashers, one other issue

Been using a2 during a recording session on saturday, with OK results, 
but two serious crashes.

* Crash on doing trim after capture. A quite consistent crasher using 
latest SVN. Here is a trace (a2_capture_trim.txt).

* The nasty crash on second session opened has returned, even though 
seemingly being fixed a few days ago.

Also,

* Crossfade options: they show to be enabled, but are in fact not. They 
must be disabled in the GUI and enabled again to become active/used.

Otherwise a productive session, 5 good takes + overdubs all within a day 
:) (borrowed gear =)
