[ardour-dev] Shuttle Patch

This is a small Ardour2 patch to change some functionality of the
shuttle in "Spring" mode that I have at times found particularly
annoying.

After releasing the shuttle it will spring back to stop instead of
springing to normal playback, unless AutoPlay mode is turned on OR if
you were already playing when you grabbed the shuttle.
