[ardour-dev] some dialogs should stay in the foreground

The "cleanup" dialog, the "flush_wastebasket" dialog and the "recent"
dialog can be sent background.
I think they should remain in the front, like other dialogs (snapshot,
export, etc.)

PS : I'm sending all these reports because as I'm currently rereading
and finishing the fr translation of ardour, I'm playing a lot with
ardour UI.
