I can't say that I'm that smart, but on the behalf of the other developers I
can say that we promise to fix this.

This is easily repeatable in at least moderately large sessions by un-muting
a bus with a reverb while transport is playing. This noise is probably due
to mistakenly feeding uninitialized buffers to the plugins. Another theory
is that this is related to the crackling problem fixed between beta29 and 30.

Have no fear, we will fix this before 0.99. But I can't promise when that
comes out though.. :)
