[ardour-dev] Proposed editing mode, for users with heavy editing needs

Hi all,

I think, maby it's already been proposed, that it would be nice with a
configurable system. Don't get me wrong here. It should not be one of
those "comes with nothing preconfigured and you can't do what you
really want". But more of the kind automated macros. If one had such a
system one could more or less imitate the behavior of a Mac or Windows
with, for instance Logic or Sonar on. A few preconfigured choices
could be shipped with the software.
