   * put new keyboard bindings in ardour_ui.rc.in
   * more notes in BUILDING
   * SConstruct rules for building prototype ardour_ui.rc file
   * refix plugin GUI font fix
   * new ardour_ui.rc changes from doug
   * remove ardour_ui.rc-related labels from libs/gtkmmext
   * compress space consumed by plugin GUIs
   * put plugin author names in title bar of plugin GUIs

The following changes really require a CVS version of JACK to work
properly, but even without that, they result in notable improvements
in the way Ardour aligns newly recorded material.

   * fix mis-ordering between alignment options and enum
       (switched the apparent choice that the user made. dang!)
   * reset diskstream capture_offset's more often
   * compute capture alignment more accurately
