I'm getting a compile error with this. Just to make sure, I downloaded
everything again. It appears that it can't find sigc++config.h.

In file included from libs/sigc++/sigc++/adaptor.h:21,
                 from libs/sigc++/sigc++/bind.h:51,
                 from gtk_ardour/add_route_dialog.cc:24:
libs/sigc++/sigc++/slot.h:25:26: sigc++config.h: No such file or
directory

The file exists in ./libs/sigc++/djgpp/sigc++config.h.
