Ah, Excellent!  I installed jackosx 0.6 yesterday.  (It works fine with
Hydrogen .92)  I'll get after the new Ardour later today.  Can you send
me the link again, just so that I know I am going after the correct
version?

The .dmg at ardour.org has been updated.  It now requires jackosx 0.6
(which should be released shortly) or the latest jack from jackit.sf.net
(which would require compilation).

Ah, good question.  I am running the .dmg version of Ardour that has its
own jack client.  Did you build your Ardour from source or had the .dmg
at ardour.org been updated?

it works for me (quite stable, btw.) with jackosx 0.6 and a recent beta
of 
hydrogen. What version of jack are you running?
