   * patch from Doug modified to provide more generic GTK style ->
     RGBA mapping, and used to set colors of canvas-based time bars

   * (alas) major changes to TimeAxisView and its inheritors to allow
     correct saving of automation track heights. there was no 
     parent/child relationship before and so it was hard to find out
     where the automation track should actually store information
     about its height. i've tested this quite extensively here, and
     it seems to be fine, but you all know the drill.

     NOTE: the new code ignores old "shown" settings for
     automation tracks. when used on sessions where automation
     tracks were saved in a visible state, they will be
     invisible now. 

   * remove + 0.5 rounding expressions from waveform renderers
     (believed to be unnecessary)
 
   * ardour/gtk: 0.590.0
