[ardour-dev] Problem opening a session... any way to salvage it?

I was working on a session and managed to open a plugin that crashed jack & 
Ardour, CPU (DSP) meter spiked, etc.  Although I saved the session before the 
crash, somehow it got hosed.  Any idea how to fix this?  This is the msg. I get 
from the log (the tune's called "You are Holy"):

[ERROR]: Session: XMLNode describing a AudioRegion references an unknown source 
id 6302294136128
[ERROR]: Session: cannot create Region from XML description.
[ERROR]: Session "/d/fred/you are holy (snapshot you are holy)" did not load 
successfully

So what do I do to fix the XML file?
