i like this patch, but i notice an immediate problem. if you select a region in (say) the top track and then some lower ones, drag it down, then try to drag it back to the top track, ardour will not allow it. i may fix this since i am now back in action on the s/w front (post-wedding), but if you get to it first, let me know. --p
