[ardour-dev] multiple y drag/copy patch

this patch allows y-dragging of multiple selections.
it follows a simple rule that the relative y-axis position of the
selected regions is conserved when dragging across buses and automation
tracks.
also, the region colour is not changed until release, allowing the user
to see whether a large selection has changed tracks during drag.
the downside is that selection is lost on undo/redo. i think this isn't
*all* my fault, but i'm looking into fixing it.

really sorry about the tab spacing. i'm still on emacs L-plates.
