My recent mouse cleanup patch removed the ctrl-click binding for zoom out, 
because it was allready bound to middle-click. 
OTOH ctrl-middle click zooms to session. Do you want me to reverse this?

So you could get 
click = zoom in, ctrl-click = zoom out,
middle-click = ? zoom in extra?, to frame?, ctrl-middle-click= zoom out to 
session.

or

click = zoom in , middle click = zoom out
and ctrl modifies that into specials.
