[ardour-dev] 1.0 roadmap

Below is an initial roadmap of what I think is needed for ardour's 1.0
release. It comes in 3 mandatory steps, 1 optional, plus the usual
possibility of additional betas to get testing done etc.

Please let me know if you think there are other things that must be on
these lists. The #NNN references point to Mantis bug reports.
