Seems like the bios on the motherboard doesn't recognizing the cpu, and
sets the bus-speed to 200Mzh instead of 266Mhz (to be safe perhaps). You
can most likely work around the problem by setting the bus-speed in the
bios to 266, or update the bios. Its a common problem.
