Are there any bindings for mouse wheel with modifier keys? Some
combination (eg. Shitf + wheel) would be convenient for changing the mouse
mode. And the other modifiers should be taken into use (if not already),
wheel is quite a handy thing, after all.

Some suggestions:

Alt + wheel for zooming
Ctrl + wheel for horizontal canvas movement

or are we past the feature freeze already?
