Super optimized sfdb.  Everything is much faster.  The new format isn't
directly compatible with the old one so it will be best to trash your
current ~/.ardour/sfdb file.

Added instant_xml feature to Stateful.  Currently, only the export
dialog uses it.

Cleaned up header file usage.  (ie, math.h -> cmath).

Added scrollers to the recent sessions dialog.

gtk-ardour = 0.450.2
libardour  = 0.726.0
