Automation is now snapshot specific.

Russian translation for the BUILD file and for gtkmmext.

Updated bug_tool to work with ardour.org/mantis.

Moved all documentation to the DOCUMENTATION directory at the top level
of ardour/ .  Building will require rerunning ./autogen.sh and
./configure unfortunately.

Updated pbd so that it'll build on an older platform.
