Does one of the secondary threads have a self destruct timer? When running 
0.500.2 in gdb and I perform an action which causes a freeze (e.g., clicking 
zoom +), and then interrupt, I can't finish typing 'thread apply all bt' 
before ardour shuts down, at which time the backtrace says it can't find any 
threads. This also happens when I stop it at an early break point (e.g., 
main()). Is this normal?
