After reading about how saffire pro 26 is fully supported and Texas  instruments is good with FFADO.  I bought both. <br>
Having used Ardour for years I was looking forward to getting a lot of recording work done. <br>
Seems now the FW is a show stopper,  <br>
Is there a way of getting an older version of FW installed? <br>
Also maybe of interest,  RME state that they will not be updating drivers for there hdsp cards on 64 bit systems,  so be warned,  perfectly  good cards no longer getting support.  <br>
