<p dir="ltr">Just a note in passing: one thing that's special about mastering for commercial releases is that often there is one mastering engineer and N mix engineers.  A big part of the job in that case is to make the overall album sound coherent.  Doing that with anything than stereo exports is probably not practical.</p>
