Well, I had to reboot before I could export the session. I tried
quitting Ardour, quiting X11, closing the session, ending the process.
Rebooting was the only thing that worked.<br>

There are actually two kinds of groups: Edit groups and Mix groups.
If you create new groups in the mixer window you can set the Mix
groups in the mixer strips. When active, these mix groups will gang
faders and mute/solo/rec etc.

I use the selection tool to higlight the area that I want to export.
It would be better to be able to select the region by double clicking
or something. Maybe I need to know more about the end marker and how
that works.<br>

I was unaware that that was determined by the end marker. Is there a
way to link regions?<br>

I saved a template that had 2 tracks, 2 buses (one for Gverb and one
for a delay), 4 sends, and a few efx in it. When I tried to make a new
session using that template my machine crashed.<br>
