[Ardour-Users] Ardour session on network drive ?

Hi list,

someone here, who has pros/contras to store an ardour session on a
networkshare ?

My share would be would be a nfs-share in a 1GB-Net.


My pro/contra would be:

- physical

   o lots of space there

   o automatic backup

   o Raid1

- personal

o session available/workable on different computers with access to the
share (obviously only one working access at once)


Contra:

o latency

o other performance problems
